Col, Rutland, Vt. concerning a delay of a shipment of a "special mosaic machine' to the Pike Mfg. Co. from the Patch Mfg. Co. In addition, there was a delay in a scythe stone machine of experimental design. These machines where intended to reduce the cost of sawing oilstone rock.
